So, a couple weeks ago, after I commented on MikeMedia's latest inflation pic of Jenny from MLaaTR, he asked me if I'd ever tried to draw her that way, and I told him I hadn't. But then I thought, hey, why not take him up on that? Why don't I try to draw a picture of...and then I thought, nah, not after he'd JUST submitted one. So then I got an even better idea. I got up next morning (same morning I drew my most recent pic of Zippy), started drawing a picture I'd been thinking of drawing for a while, thought about turning it into a B-Day pic, and then, well, see for yourself (one of the best ways I've found to channel my creative energy is just to pull out some paper and a pencil (or open a Word document) and just throw down the idea whenever I get a moment of inspiration. Try it sometime, if you haven't).
So here she is--Teresa, the Teenage Army Tank. With armor plating, caterpillar skates, and a launcher arm, this girl is pumped up and ready to roll. Now, Mike, I realized after I installed the launcher that you probably wouldn't want her firing off armor-piercing shells at your birthday, so SURPRISE! it shoots confetti. Who knows, maybe she's even got a few gifts in there (hope you didn't wish for anything fragile).
For the original sketch, I used Mike's "Teresa Model Sheet 01" for inspiration (I did no tracing, this is completely freehand--btw, the model sheet was a big help, thanks Mike). I used Mike's first pic of her to get the colors. Hope you're as happy with it as I am.
Happy B-Day, Mike. You're a cool dude and a great artist. Keep it up, bro! ^_^
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
